About the project
The existing photo booth market was saturated with standardized, one-size-fits-all options. Users craved uniqueness. We identified this gap and introduced WYC (With Your Color) to transform a simple photo into a branded statement of self-expression. By integrating personal color theory into the user journey, we elevated the experience from a mere record to a "Masterpiece" of one's persona.

Logo & Typo System
Minimal Canvas for Infinite Colors
The logo is designed as a neutral, rectilinear form to serve as a Minimal Canvas that holds the brand's core content: Color. By eliminating unnecessary decorative elements, the mark functions flexibly across Warm, Cool, and Neutral contexts. The square symbol intuitively communicates the brand's identity as a frame for capturing moments, while the clean typography ensures legibility across all digital and physical touchpoints.




Color System
Scalable Color Architecture
To manage infinite color variations while maintaining brand consistency, I engineered a modular design system based on Warm, Cool, and Neutral data points. This Scalable Color Architecture allows thousands of users to intuitively find their best match without chaos. It is not just an aesthetic choice, but a functional logic that expands seamlessly across digital interfaces, physical signage, and printed frames.



Graphic Motif
The Spectrum of Moments: From Dot to Color
The graphic motif visualizes the process of color development, where small dots converge to form a spectrum. This represents the infinite possibilities of color harmony. This visual narrative symbolizes the user journey at WYC: selecting and combining colors to create a personalized visual narrative. The motif expands dynamically across mediums, creating a cohesive brand language from microscopic dots to macroscopic spaces.




Brand Application
Holistic Brand Experience
The design system transcends digital graphics, manifesting into a tangible spatial experience and brand goods.
Spatial VMD: We translated the Infinite Palette concept into physical reality. Elements like the Color Paint Cans and the interactive color wall immerse customers in the brand's identity the moment they step in.
Brand Artifacts: Stationery, coupons, and business cards are designed as collectible objects. These touchpoints allow users to physically own a piece of the WYC experience, extending the brand journey beyond the studio.







Conceptual Photo Booth: B2B / Seasonal
Brand Scalability & Activation
The design system proved its versatility through bespoke photo frames and custom booth wrappings for corporate partnerships and external events (e.g., Seoul Beauty Travel Week). The system was built to be highly adaptable, allowing for seamless integration of partner branding while retaining WYC's core identity. This flexibility transformed the photo booth into a powerful tool for offline brand activation and seasonal campaigns.
